  • If the delivery is in progress, orders cannot be canceled. Changing orders last-minute incurs the full charge as the bouquet is prepared.
  • Change of Delivery Location: Changing the delivery location incurs charges based on the new location.
  • Customer Discrepancy Resolution: If an order has been delivered and the customer finds they didn't receive what was ordered, they must contact us within 4 hours.
  • Seasonal Product Disclaimer: Our products may differ by up to 20% from the displayed image due to the seasonal nature of flowers. Customers must understand that variations in product shape can occur. Refunds for such issues are not possible.
